Born in Anchorage, Alaska and raised as an Army brat throughout the United States, including a number of years in Alabama, Frank has been dealing with the sale and development of family property since the 1970’s.  Prior to graduating from law school and taking up the practice of law, he served his country as an Armor Officer in the U.S. Army stationed in Germany.  Upon graduation from law school in 1991, he finally moved back to Alabama and landed in a general practice law firm, allowing him to specialize in real estate litigation and property law.

Frank is the proud and very busy father of two children, while currently a Hoover representative and President of the University of Alabama at Birmingham 310 Board for Mental Health.  He also holds a seat on the Industrial Development Board for the City of Hoover, is a former closing attorney for Habitat for Humanity and the former Chairman of the Christ Church United Methodist Church MDO Program.
